Challenge

The client needed more than a functional platform they needed one that could earn trust instantly, convert visitors into enrolled students, and solve the industry-wide dropout problem. With online education averaging a 30–40% course completion rate, every design decision had to actively keep learners engaged and moving forward.

Approach
